THOSE WERE THE DAYS MY FRIENDS. WE THOUGHT THEY'D NEVER END,WE'D SING AND DANCE FOREVER AND A DAY!!! OHMYGOSH! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS SITE IS REALLY HERE! I HAVE THE MOST WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF LIFE AT LAPIDUS. I WAS REALLY YOUNG AND LOOKING BACK, ALL OF MY MEMORIES ARE REALLY SWEET AND INNOCENT. HERE'S A SAMPLING: HANGING OUT IN NORMA & HENRY'S BUNGALOW AND PLAYING WITH THEIR POODLE, CHARLIE, WHILE NORMA BREADED CHICKEN CUTLETS(I STILL MAKE THEM EXACTLY THE SAME WAY,NORMA). THE CLICKING SOUND OF MAH-JONG TILES. LEARNING HOW TO NEEDLEPOINT AND CROCHET FROM MRS.MARCUS (HI,RHONDA-DO YOU REMEMBER ME?).LEARNING TO DANCE THE LOCOMOTION IN THE CONCESSION,PINBALL,AND LISTENING TO THE JUKEBOX. SPENDING MY DAYS GOING TO CAMP AND READING AN ENDLESS SUPPLY OF ARCHIE'S COMICS FROM THE LEWIS'BUNGALOW. MY DAD'S BAR-B-QUES AND FIREWORKS AND MY MOM'S SUN WORSHIPPING SESSIONS WITH HER BEST FRIENDS,MARCIA GAYNES AND NORMA LAPIDUS. THERE ARE SO MANY,MANY MORE......OH YEAH,AND I REMEMBER WOODSTOCK TOO-HANDING OUT CUPS OF WATER TO ALL THE PEOPLE AS THEY PASSED THE COLONY!!! THANKS GARY,JANET AND LINDA FOR CREATING THIS AMAZING SITE!
